Workshops, Support & Therapeutic Groups

We offer workshops, therapeutic and support groups using art, breathwork, conscious movement, dance, meditation, mindfulness, rhythm, ritual, somatics and voice. We are happy to create a workshop or presentation on any theme tailored to your needs. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram.

In this wild world of isolation, overwork, and stress from all sides, we may lose the drive or energy to seek out our people, forgetting that we are animals who are wired to be together. Healing comes through relationship, and life is so much more gratifying and rich when we have the choice to participate in authentic community experiences. Groups can be safe-enough spaces for being a little vulnerable and experimenting with embodying and sharing more of oneself with the world. Beautiful transformations can happen in group spaces without enormous effort.

OFFERINGS in 2025

RISE Somatic Support Circle twice-monthly group for survivors of sexualized violence. 8 sessions January-April 2025 – FULL / CLOSED

RECLAIMING VITALITY monthly groups on a variety of personal and global topics combining somatics, movement, ritual, art and sound with discussion; January – June 2025. OPEN. To register: https://forms.gle/7ULHLfX63ReuP2Wk6

EMBODY RESILIENCE TOGETHER occasional groups combining politicized somatics, movement and sound, with a focus on fostering community, making space for grief and joy, sharing sustainable practices for increasing individual and group emotional intelligence and resilience. Also – a big dose of fun and laughter!

RESONANCE occasional groups offering pure joy and release through collective circle singing and rhythm, with some breathwork, meditation, movement and somatics mixed in. These groups often take place outside in warm weather.
