Individual and collective change
through art and somatic therapies
Art Therapy
Art therapy engages the body, mind and heart. It is a sensorial practice which connects us with our vitality and creativity. It offers us a language to explore and express our emotions and a space to tell the stories that cannot be easily expressed in words. It can help us connect with our longings so we can the authentic and unique expression of who we are. No artistic experience or skills are needed!

Somatics
In somatic work, we examine how we have been physically, mentally, emotionally and behaviorally shaped by our context and experience. We consciously connect with the body’s feeling, sensing, and imagining to help us envision what we want for the future, then practice new embodied ways of being that bring us closer to the self and life we long for.

Workshops and Groups
We merge our modalities in our creative workshops, support groups and presentations for diverse audiences: the general public, art-focused, community, educational and social organizations, activist collectives, the LGBTQIA community and NGOs.

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
